Casa Felice is a cozy vacation home located in Costa Volpino, just 1 km from the lakeside promenade of Pisogne and 4 km from Lovere, one of Italy's most beautiful towns, known for its charming historic center and rich artistic heritage. The house, which is semi-detached with a private entrance, provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. It features private parking in front of the building, as well as a ground floor with storage, a garage, and a laundry area. On the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, there is an open-plan kitchen equipped with a coffee area, a sofa bed, and games for children. The second floor, reached by an internal staircase, includes a master bedroom with a double bed, a crib, and a single bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms, one on each floor. Two balconies, accessible from the kitchen and the bedrooms, enhance the living spaces, offering pleasant views.
