Our house is a standalone property structured over two levels, with space for up to two cars inside the premises, accessible through an electric gate. There is a patio at the entrance and a small, well-equipped garden at the back, featuring another charming patio for outdoor breakfasts and lunches, which completes the exterior of the house that is available for rent in its entirety. It can accommodate up to seven guests across three bedrooms, in addition to a living room with a sofa and armchairs, two bathrooms, a spacious eat-in kitchen, and a large dining table.

The entire house has been recently renovated with elegant and high-quality finishes. Amenities such as a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, internet, and a fully equipped kitchen make our home a cherished and pleasant place to enjoy a vacation focused on the Sea, Mountains, and Culture, situated between Versilia and the Cinque Terre. A deposit of Euro 200. 00 in cash is required directly at check in which will be returned at check out.
