We are located in Santa Maria degli Angeli, just a 10-minute walk from the magnificent Basilica of Porziuncola, where Saint Francis lived and died.

The prime location of Santa Maria degli Angeli makes it easy to explore the wonders of Assisi, which can be conveniently reached by car, public transport, or even on foot. Additionally, due to its central position in Umbria, it is simple to visit other historic Umbrian towns such as Perugia, Spello, Spoleto, Montefalco, Gubbio, Todi, Orvieto, Cascia, Norcia, and many more.

Upon your arrival, we will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information to discover the main attractions of Assisi (please refer to the "Franciscan Sites" section) and recommend excellent restaurants where you can enjoy the local dishes and wines of Umbria, a region known as the green heart of Italy.

Please note that we do not offer dining services. Just 100 meters away, you will find an exceptional café famous for its delicious peach-shaped pastries. Nearby, there are also supermarkets, restaurants, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and bus stops to Assisi. Our home is exclusively occupied by the owner's family.

Parking is available within our fully enclosed property. The atmosphere that awaits you in our home is warm and welcoming, but we would prefer you to tell us: take a look at the "guestbook, " and we hope to see you again soon!
**ROOMS**
On the ground floor of our house, there is an apartment dedicated to our "friends" who choose to stay with us. There are two double rooms available, with the option to add a third single bed.

**BATHROOM**
The bathroom is located outside the two rooms and will only be shared if the occupants are already acquainted. Otherwise, only one room will be rented.

**PRICES**
30 € per person
40 € for a single occupant
Children up to 6 years old stay for free, while those aged 6 to 10 pay 50%.
