We welcome you to our cozy retreat located on a quiet one-way street, intersecting with the lively Corso Cairoli, filled with shops and commercial activities.

Experience something special in a modern and recently renovated establishment, like only B&B Casaffitti can provide. We offer three accommodation options:
- AIRONI: the most affordable choice, simple yet comfortable, featuring a French double bed and a private bathroom. This room also has a balcony, perfect for smoking guests, equipped with two chairs and a small table to enjoy a cigarette in peace.

- BURGUNDI: a room with a windowed bathroom and a hydro-massage shower, along with a private balcony. Perfect for total relaxation, this space also includes outdoor seating with chairs and a table for a quiet smoke.

- CASCINA: a spacious room that can accommodate up to four people, with a double bed that can be converted into two single beds and a bunk bed. Again, you will have a private bathroom with a large "double" shower.

Breakfast is optional, as you have the freedom to choose whether yoùd like it or not. We offer a supplement of €5 per person per day for a self-service Italian breakfast, available at any time of day or night, without time restrictions. You can heat food or milk in our microwaves, brew coffee with our automatic pod machine, enjoy our infusions with the provided kettle, and much more.

Our breakfast always includes: four types of pastries (cherry jam, apricot, chocolate, and cream), fruit juice, milk, coffee, local biscuits, toast, Nutella, jams, butter, dried fruit, and still or sparkling water, both cold and at room temperature. Upon request, we also offer a savory breakfast.

The self-service breakfast can be enjoyed in the B&B's common area or in your room, where you'll find tables both on the balconies and inside.
