The staircase leading to the apartment holds significant historical value, having been constructed in the mid-19th century by architect Antonio Caregaro Negrin.

Its location is truly central: just a short walk from Piazza dei Signori, making it perfect for exploring the many cultural attractions in Vicenza. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a variety of cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops to cater to all your needs during your stay.

The apartment is situated on the second floor, accessible only by stairs. It consists of an entrance and a spacious room that serves as both a bedroom and living area, featuring a ceiling height of 4. 4 meters. There are two bathrooms (one complete with a window and a smaller one without). From the room, you can access the dining area via two steps and the fully equipped kitchen, which includes various appliances (excluding a dishwasher).
