Our houses, completely renovated in 2024, will offer you a well-kept and comfortable environment. The pedestrian alleys, free of cars, allow your children to play safely, and your animal friends are welcome. Our accommodations are located within a maximum distance of 100 meters from each other. We will be happy to offer you hospitality and assistance, providing you with advice and information during your stay.

The apartments respect the architectural style of the village and have been renovated with special care. The panoramic and hilly location of the village, at an altitude of 550 meters above sea level, will give you breathtaking views of the green Umbrian hills.

Casa Giovanna is a cozy and elegant residence, ideal for accommodating from 2 to a maximum of 5 people. With its 70 square meters, completely renovated in 2024, you can enjoy a stay on a single level, with a spacious living room equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, a spacious chestnut wood kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with a panoramic balcony), and a bathroom with shower. Additionally, you can relax on the flowered terrace, enjoying a meal outdoors.

Casa Marianna, with its rustic and country style, can accommodate from 2 to 4 people and consists of 55 square meters spread over two levels. Located at the entrance of the ancient castle, it has an open courtyard where you can eat and relax in the shade. The apartment offers Wi-Fi, a living room with a double sofa bed and a smart working corner, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with shower on the first floor.
