Frazione Excenex, 43 - AOSTA (AO)
Maison Du-Noyer welcomes travellers to a historic residence that preserves traces of a fascinating past. Once a hospitable house along the Via Francigena, it still preserves evidence of its connection with the Order of Saint Lazarus and Saint Maurice. The thick stone walls, the beam engraved with the date 1783 and the lintel brought back to light tell a long story of hospitality, now relived in a contemporary key through the attentive hospitality of Philippe and Piera.

Located at an altitude of 1, 050 metres, in an authentic village overlooking the valley and just a few kilometres from Aosta, the property is perfect for those who want to explore the region in any season. In spring and summer, you can walk or cycle along the “Ru”, set off on excursions directly from the property or go rock climbing. In winter, the nearby slopes of Pila, Crevacol and Courmayeur offer snow-covered landscapes and spectacular descents. There is no shortage of experiences for those who love relaxation or culture: spas, castles, museums and Roman sites are within easy reach, as are adrenaline-fuelled activities such as rafting, paragliding and canyoning.

Maison Du-Noyer offers five well-appointed rooms and a suite with a whirlpool bath featuring chromotherapy and ozone therapy, as well as a beautiful panoramic balcony. A hearty breakfast is served every morning, and guests can relax in the bar/tea room with local wines, beers and fragrant herbal teas. Fast Wi-Fi, free parking and a terrace with a pergola complete the amenities.

The atmosphere is intimate and peaceful, ideal for those seeking a rejuvenating break. Guests can dine on site with a fixed 3-course menu that varies daily with fresh, locally sourced products. The hosts will be happy to offer personalised suggestions for discovering every corner of the Aosta Valley, making each stay an authentic experience.
