Casa Stefy is a residential house owned by Stefania, completely renovated in 2024, equipped with photovoltaic panels and a battery with current storage, with a three-bedded room, a twin-bed room and a third with a single bed, located on the first floor. Entrance, kitchen/living room and bathroom with shower located on the ground floor. It is equipped with both central heating in electric heat pump and 8 individually adjustable bolts. The entrance is large enough to allow you to park at least two electric bicycles. The public car park is located less than 30 meters from the entrance. The house is located 150 meters from the railway station of the Trento/Venice line, 300 meters from the bridge over the course of the Brenta river, the river where the rafting and canoe competitions of the Brenta River National Center take place, and always 300 meters away you enter the cycle path from Trento to Venice Via Padova. Countless trails allow lovers of tracking to climb the slopes of Monte Grappa to the east of Casa Stefy, and just as many to climb to the Asiago Plateau west of Casa Stefy. The Asiago Plateau can be reached in just under 30 minutes during the winter, thus accessing both cross-country and downhill ski slopes suitable for all types of skiers from 5 to 70 years of age.
