In the green heart of the Val di Chiana, on the outskirts of a small village called Pozzo della Chiana, lies our apartment; a ground-floor vacation home in a peaceful setting that offers a lovely panoramic view. The apartment is situated in a newly constructed building. Here, you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while still having access to all essential services, which are conveniently reachable on foot.

Just a short distance from our property is the A1 motorway exit at Monte San Savino, allowing easy access to the major tourist destinations in Tuscany and Umbria: Arezzo, Siena, Pienza, Montalcino, Florence, Perugia, and Assisi.

Our establishment is the ideal place for families seeking the comforts of home during their stay, for business trips, or for a romantic getaway.

Our guests will have access to a kitchenette fully equipped with all necessary utensils, a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, television, coffee maker, and hairdryer. All areas are heated and equipped with air conditioning, and there is a parking space as well as a charming garden.

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friends along for an additional fee. The hosts will be able to provide you with the information you need in both Italian and English.
