"Tera is a name of Greek origin meaning 'earth'.

Many ancient cultures used this name to refer to their deity of the land or to confer a sense of prosperity and fertility on their children.

Our structure was built in a residential neighborhood, a few minutes from the main points of interest in the city of Cagliari.

Located a few minutes from Poetto beach and the historic city center.

Despite being located in a fairly central city context, the house was built with a completely independent entrance and each room is equipped with all comforts.

The accommodations are all decorated with natural wooden walls and soft lighting. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom with window (complete with shower, bidet, toilet and sink, hairdryer, soap dispenser and towel set), LED TV, air conditioning, coat hanger, desk and free wi-fi network.
