The Nerea Vacation House is located in the wonderful region of Southern Sardinia, precisely in the municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena, just 5 minutes away from the Poetto promenade. This enchanting beach stretches for a remarkable 9 kilometers, offering beautiful white sand and the opportunity to admire the Molentargius Natural Park, famous for its elegant pink flamingos!
The villa has an independent entrance, with convenient parking in front of the gate and a video surveillance system to ensure your safety. Inside, you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and the last one with a single bed (with the possibility of adding an additional bed or crib).

The living area features a spacious and welcoming lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with an extendable table for up to 8 seats. Additionally, there are two comfortable bathrooms, both with showers.
