"The Topaz" is a wonderful studio apartment that has been finely renovated and furnished in a sophisticated modern style. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people on a state-of-the-art sofa bed with a high 22 cm mattress. A large balcony offers an atmosphere rich in light and tranquility.

To reach "The Topaz," after easily parking near the residence, take the elevator to the first floor. You will immediately find yourself in the spacious and comfortable living room with parquet flooring and a terrace. Finally, discover the modern amenities, including a brand new kitchen equipped with all comforts, and a bathroom with a large shower.

Here, you can immediately start enjoying your stay. During the warm season, you can choose to have lunch on the terrace or directly in the bright kitchen, where you will always find a basic supply of cooking necessities upon arrival: oil, salt, various seasonings, a coffee machine with capsules, and a kettle for hot water. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, and a 50-inch LED TV to complete the furnishings.
