THE CONTEXT
The Villa is located within the lively tourist village of Porto Coda Cavallo, predominantly visited by families, and situated in the Coda Cavallo peninsula in front of the islands of Tavolara and Molara. The peninsula is part of the magnificent protected marine area of Tavolara and is 8 km north of San Teodoro, 15 km south of Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport (20 minutes by car), and 17 km south of the Isola Bianca port in Olbia. The Villa is strategically built in the narrowest part of the peninsula. For this reason, it is only a few hundred meters away from the south Salina Bamba beach and the north Cala Suaraccia beach. In case of wind, whether it is Mistral or Scirocco, there will always be a protected beach easily accessible on foot through a flat private road (convenient for strollers). By walking beyond the hill, you can reach one of the most beautiful and famous beaches in Sardinia: Cala Brandinchi, known as Tahiti, for its crystal-clear waters and breathtaking bay. Four other beaches (Salinedda, Lastra Ruia, Cala Paradiso, Cala Pipara) are easily accessible on foot. All the beaches are free and complimentary for villa guests. You can bring your own sun loungers and umbrellas or rent them directly on the beach. Villa guests can also use the tennis courts, football fields, futsal court, basketball court, bocce court, and all other attractions of the village free of charge. In the central square, there are shops, bars, restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a spa massage center. During the high season, the village staff organizes activities and shows for adults and children, which villa guests can participate in for free. If you love sports and water activities, this is the place for you. There are two diving centers where you can dive into the Tavolara protected marine area, considered one of the most beautiful spots in the Mediterranean. It is also possible to rent boats, inflatable boats, windsurfing boards, kayaks, sailboats, etc., and play golf at one of the clubs near the villa.

THE VILLA
The Villa is very cozy and comfortable. Perfect for relaxing, resting, and recharging. Your privacy will be guaranteed throughout your stay. It is a modern building harmoniously constructed with the surrounding environment using typical local materials, with Italian-made finishes and furnishings. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful covered veranda and a private garden with a pool, whirlpool, solarium, and has two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, one room with a queen-size bed and two single beds, two baby cots, a living room with a double sofa and a double sofa bed, three bathrooms, two outdoor showers, a fully equipped kitchen with a large extendable table, a large veranda with a table for 12 people, and a relaxation area with sofas and armchairs overlooking the private garden. You will have the entire Villa at your disposal. There will be no other guests or anyone else during your stay.

GARDEN AND POOL
The private garden enjoys magnificent views and consists of a beautiful English lawn with plants, trees, and flowers typical of the area. A comfortable hammock is shaded by a centuries-old olive tree. The infinity pool has a shallow water area just a few centimeters deep for smaller children and whirlpool stations where you can admire the sunset while sipping a delicious glass of Vermentino. A safety fence for children can be installed if needed to protect the pool, making the garden suitable and safe for children of all ages. The outdoor showers and sun loungers can be used for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. You can also use the BBQ for grilling meat or fish or the wood-fired pizza oven to cook authentic Italian pizza. The rear area of the garden is free of sprinklers to keep it constantly dry and allow you to sunbathe towels and laundry. Privacy is also guaranteed in the garden, where you can admire the fantastic panorama without being seen from the outside. Every week (usually on Mondays), the gardeners mow the lawn and take care of the flowers and plants, and the pool is thoroughly cleaned.

VERANDA
On two sides of the Villa, there is a beautiful shaded porch that houses a large table for 12 people and two relaxation areas with sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables. There is also a hammock for relaxation and two swings for the little ones. In case of wind, the entire area can be protected by closing practical roller blinds.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The two double bedrooms have their own private bathroom, wardrobe, and hairdryer. The third room has a queen-size bed and two single beds and uses the third bathroom in the house. Two baby cots are also available. Air conditioning is independent, and each room can adjust the temperature as desired. There are also two outdoor showers in the garden. In the case of 8 guests, 2 will sleep in the first double bedroom, 2 in the second double bedroom, 3 in the third bedroom, and 1 on the living room double sofa bed (in addition to the two baby cots).

KITCHEN
The kitchen is a beautiful Veneta Cucine and is fully equipped. It features a large extendable table, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an induction hob, small appliances, and an extra-large refrigerator. Plates, dishes, glasses, pots, and everything you need to prepare a dinner like a great chef are included.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features two large sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed. It is equipped with satellite TV, a stereo system, and WiFi internet connection.

LAUNDRY
In the laundry corner inside the third bathroom, there is a washing machine and a clothesline for those who want to do their laundry.

SECURITY
The entire peninsula area is very calm and safe. To make your stay even more serene, there is a private security service within the village and video surveillance along the external perimeter of the villa's garden. During your stay, you can independently decide whether to activate or deactivate the image recording, which will be automatically deleted.
