We are located within an elegant 18th-century building, in the vibrant heart of the Quartieri Spagnoli, one of the most lively and authentic areas of Naples' historic center. From the balcony of the cozy first-floor apartment, perhaps while enjoying an aperitif, you’ll have the chance to watch Tittina and Pasqualina hanging out their laundry, as the scents and sounds of Naples fill the air. Climbing the stairs to the fifth-floor attic, which lacks an elevator and is recommended for those with a bit of energy, you can sip a glass of wine while gazing at the magnificent Vesuvius on your right and the beautiful Certosa di San Martino on your left.

The one-bedroom apartment, located on the first floor, was recently renovated in March 2024. The attic on the fifth floor was updated in June 2024. Both apartments are tastefully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay. They feature windows and balconies with thermal break frames and triple-glazed soundproof glass, providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

The bathrooms are equipped with spacious showers and hairdryers, offering everything needed for total relaxation. The roomy bedrooms are furnished with double beds featuring slatted bases, 30 cm orthopedic mattresses, comfortable toppers, goose down pillows, and white cotton satin bedding. The kitchens are well-equipped with a large refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, extractor hood, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, pots, and dishes for preparing a full meal.

The rooms are equipped with a television, gas and carbon monoxide detectors, air conditioning, a safe, and a snack corner. The apartments also include liquid soap and shampoo, slippers, and many other amenities designed to ensure a perfect welcome.
