Hello! We are Daniele and Dana and we welcome you to our page! The recently renovated apartment is on the first floor (with an elevator) of a small building. Everything is new and carefully chosen! You will be welcomed by a bright and colorful one-bedroom apartment consisting of an entrance, a living room with a French sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with an XL shower, a service balcony, and a terrace equipped with garden furniture. Everything has been designed to enhance your time!
Smart TV, WiFi, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and soundproof windows will enrich your comfort. Next-generation mattresses (25cm tall with thermal regulation bio topper in the bedroom and 18cm tall for the sofa bed), the possibility to choose between different pillow "softness," soft, clean, and fragrant linens and towels will make you feel pampered.

Guests will have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and dishwasher.

In the bathroom, there will be a 7kg load washing machine ready for use, a hairdryer, and all the necessary hygiene products.

An iron with an ironing board will help with your outfit if needed!
Upon request and free of charge, an additional bed for children up to 3 years old is available.

The apartment is for exclusive use.

The covered parking space is accessible to cars up to segment B (Fiesta, Sandero, 208, Clio, Corsa, Punto, Polo..). Alternatively, there are free public parking lots in the immediate vicinity.
