The property is located on a single floor, with 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one with a French bed), 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), a spacious 40sqm living room, an entrance hall, a spacious kitchen, a 12-meter balcony, a solarium terrace, a barbecue area, and a laundry area.

Please note that bed linen and towels, such as sheets, pillowcases, and towels, are NOT provided. These items must be brought by guests or can be rented at the hotel. Expenses are not included in the price and are calculated per person per week, or you can choose to read the meters at check-in.

Please note that a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation, to be paid by bank transfer.

The costs for electricity, gas, and water amount to 15 euros per person per week. Children up to 10 years old are excluded from these charges. Additionally, there is an additional cost of 50 euros for the final cleaning.

Please note that small dogs are allowed, but there is a daily cost of 5.00 euros and an extra final cleaning fee of 50 euros.
