B&B La Volpe is an independent house from 1900, completely renovated in 2023 following the latest innovations in construction and energy efficiency with low environmental impact thanks to the use of renewable energy sources such as solar and photovoltaic energy, and the total absence of gas.

We are located near the Cinque Terre Park, at an altitude of 300 meters on the hills surrounding Moneglia, completely immersed in nature, surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, citrus groves, woods, Mediterranean scrub, and many animals.

The view from the house ranges from the surrounding hills to the Gulf of Moneglia, and on clear days, you can spot Corsica and other islands of the Tuscan archipelago on the horizon.

The town center is less than an 8-minute drive away (5km) along a typical Ligurian road. There is also a shuttle service to the town center, with the stop located 150 meters from the house. For hiking enthusiasts, there are several trails that cross the surrounding woods or lead directly to the town center in about a 40-minute walk.

Moneglia boasts a beautiful sea and has several beaches, both sandy and rocky; it has held the Blue Flag recognition continuously since 1987!
The location of the house is strategic for those who also intend to visit the renowned Cinque Terre, easily reachable in a few minutes by train from Moneglia station or by sea with the boat departing from the town's marina.

Nearby are the towns of Sestri Levante, Lavagna, Chiavari, Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, and the San Fruttuoso Abbey, all easily reachable by train or boat.

The rooms and the breakfast room are located on the first floor of the house, accessible via an external independent staircase.

Both rooms are equipped with heating and cooling, and a private en-suite bathroom complete with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower.

Guests have access to some books, board games, cards, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, an electric moka pot, and a capsule coffee machine in the breakfast room.

During the warmer seasons, breakfast can be served outdoors on the patio overlooking the hills and the gulf.

For hygiene reasons, walking with shoes inside the house is prohibited.

Outside, guests have access to sun loungers, umbrellas, a sofa, and a solar shower with hot/cold water.

Parking is possible along the street or inside the house depending on availability.

Pets are welcome with prior notice. Two dogs and a cat already live on the ground floor but do not have access to the first floor. Dog-sitting service is available if needed.

Upon request, it is possible to book:
- a parking space in one of the town's parking lots close to the sea;
- sun loungers and umbrellas at a beach in the town.
