Our vacation home is located in Florence, an art city, in an area with great architectural value. "Silvia Apartment" is a cozy and well-maintained structure, consisting of a one-bedroom apartment on the first and top floor of a quiet building, recently renovated. The living area has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with TV (a sofa bed can be requested), while the bathroom has a shower and the bedroom has a double bed. Air conditioning, heating, and wifi are included in the price.

The area where we are located and the surroundings offer our guests the opportunity to shop and immerse themselves in cultural events and exhibitions.

Within a short distance from our residence, guests will find culture, sports, leisure, shopping opportunities, events, relaxation, and everything that enriches a vacation.

Our residence is the perfect place for conferences and business trips, as well as for a romantic vacation in a quiet and private environment.

We will provide our guests with private services in each room, free wifi, a heated environment, the possibility to return at any time of the night, parking, and a kitchenette.
