The property is located on the 1st floor of a building of recent construction and completely renovated in March 2020. Access to the common area is through a series of 3 steps that therefore make the whole solution not suitable for people with disabilities. The entrance door, allows access inside where immediately opens a common room with equipped kitchen and living area. This area is available to guests 24 hours a day: here in fact is set up the fitted kitchen equipped with appliances and fully equipped and the dining area with tables and chairs. It has been designed to offer guests a complete service ensuring the possibility to organize themselves to be able to eat and prepare meals in complete autonomy. Intra Rooms offers accommodation in 4 rooms of different categories. The Small Double Room offers economy class accommodation with a French bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. It is the smallest of the 4 rooms and is particularly suitable for young couples or single people who want to have all the comforts without having to have a high budget. The two Standard Double Rooms, however, belong to the comfort category. The spaces are adequate and the Queen bed adapts to the needs of all people. The bathroom in the room with shower completes the offer. Finally the Deluxe Room with Bathtub, to satisfy the most demanding and meet the desire for attention to detail and Romanticism. The room has a queen size bed, Free Standing Bathtub in the Room and Bathroom with Shower. The entire property is served by air conditioning and heating both in the room and in public areas, wi fi and free private parking in secure garage. The parking lot is assigned according to the chronological order of arrival of the reservations and each garage offers the possibility to park 1 vehicle. If at the time of booking the parking is no longer available, the car can be parked either in the paid parking at about 200 meters (Bardanzellu) or free of charge at Molo Brin (600 meters).

Laundry services are available in the area immediately after the garage. For a small fee you can use the laundry area equipped with washing machines and dryer.

Intra Rooms, while being in the center can be easily reached without incurring in the ztl of the Municipality of Olbia active every day H 24. It can be easily reached from the airport both by public and private transport, passing by Via Veneto, taking Corso Umberto immediately after the level crossing and deviating before the active passage ztl near the EX FS train station.
