Location and style
"Il Bosco Di Ivo" is a welcoming and well-kept structure, surrounded by greenery and silence, and is located next to the park of the historic Villa Aldrovandi Mazzacorati, 10 minutes (on foot) from the Toniolo hospital.

A 1 minute walk takes you to Via Toscana, full of bars and pastry shops, post offices, banks, points of interest, local markets, supermarkets and shops, with numerous bus lines that quickly connect the Margherita Gardens (7 minutes), the historic center (8 minutes), the Bolognesi Hills (5 minutes), and Pianoro (10 minutes).

Our B&B is also located in a place rich in thermal waters and establishments (Terme San petronio Antalgik, Terme Felsinee, San Luca Pluricenter · Terme Felsinee Bologna).

In via Lelli there is also a gym equipped with a calisthenics structure, weight room and stretching room. Almost all the parks in the area, easy to reach on foot, are equipped with playing fields (tennis, football, beach volleyball, etc.).

Structure characteristics
We will provide our guests with a bathroom, free wifi, a heated environment, freedom to return at any time at night, parking, a kitchenette, a terrace available.

Note
Have fun and enjoy your stay in Bologna. Guests are kindly reminded:
- the costs for final cleaning are borne by the guest with a fee of €20 per stay, and do not include the cleaning of dishes and kitchen equipment which must be carried out by the guests themselves.
- upon arrival each guest must present a valid identity document
- At the beginning of the stay the keys will be given to the guest to be able to freely leave and re-enter the structure without time. We remind you that in case of loss or breakage of the same, a penalty of €90 will be paid.
- the balance is paid at check-in plus tourist tax/stamp

It is not allowed:
- bring other people into the facility
- smoking, consuming alcohol and/or drugs
- bring animals

Please guests:
- always close the external door tightly
- respect the rest times from 11. 00 pm to 7. 00 am
- leave the rooms by 11: 00 am

The structure has access for disabled people.



You will be welcomed and assisted by managers capable of speaking Italian and English.
