Pietro's House, a holiday home overlooking via Tiburtina, is close to the historic walls of the city, in the characteristic and lively San Lorenzo district. The apartment, located on the 1st floor, has been in the family for 4 generations.

Pietro's House has been renovated: it is very bright, it consists of 2 double bedrooms furnished with care, simplicity and warm tones, two small but functional bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, an eat-in kitchen and a small terrace for a smoking area.

The apartment is equipped with all comforts and is very spacious. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

Overlooks a busy street in a very lively neighborhood.

The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (a fan in the living room) and the wi-fi connection is free (hotspot with Sim card). In the winter months the heating is shared.

Animals are not accepted.

It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.
