Welcome to LUCIA B&B, an elegant tourist structure located in Acconia in the municipality of Curinga (CZ), recently completely renovated, in a quiet location in the center of the town, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding beauties in an area rich in art history and gastronomy, near beaches and breathtaking landscapes.

LUCIA B&B, with breakfast included, has two rooms elegantly furnished in Urban style, each with private bathroom and air conditioning/air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during your stay together with other amenities such as hairdryer, minibar, safe, USB sockets, single-serving samples of personal hygiene products, television and free internet access.

The LUCIA B&B, in addition to maximum comfort, also guarantees safety on several levels. Safety has in fact been taken care of in every detail and is widely guaranteed both for guests and for the structure as a whole.

The rooms are equipped with card reader opening, a system with simple and intuitive operation: just bring the card close to the reader to open the door and insert it to activate the electricity. The opening and activation of the electricity will be enabled only in the presence of an authorized card. In this way, the structure can benefit from greater energy savings and a further degree of safety by preventing the onset of any short circuits when the room is unoccupied.

Furthermore, all bathrooms are equipped with specific alarm pulls. Whenever a local call is activated, by pressing the pull button, both an acoustic signal outside the room and an emergency call to the managers start as well as a message with the room number and the time in order to ensure maximum efficiency of intervention.

To all this is added a refined design and a family atmosphere that make the LUCIA B&B the ideal place to stay for leisure holidays, business trips or romantic getaways.

The cleaning of the rooms and the change of linen are carried out every four days, guaranteeing an always fresh and welcoming environment.
