Our apartment is located in Turin, city of art and design, in the Semicentro area. "Attico Parco Della Tesoriera" is a hospitable and comfortable structure.

The area in which we find ourselves and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to stay in a quiet area with good shops for daily shopping. The garage under the house is convenient and free to use. In the area you can also park for free on the street.

A short distance from our residence, guests will find grocery stores, a pharmacy, a supermarket, various public transport stops, including the subway which is about 500 meters from the house.

Our residence is the perfect location for families who want to find the comforts of their own home in places to stay, for conferences and business trips.

Our guests can use the entire apartment: two bedrooms, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven and microwave, kettle, coffee machine, two bathrooms (one bathroom with shower and one without shower but with washing machine in free use) more always free wifi, heated rooms in winter, from June to September air conditioning throughout the apartment, free return with respect for the quiet for the condominium.

Guests will have a hairdryer, cleaning products, shampoo and shower gel.

Note:
Being a tourist rental, no cleaning is provided during the stay.

The hosts speak fluent Italian, and get by with English, French.

It is necessary to have the documents of all guests, pursuant to article 109 of the TULPS, minors in addition to an identity document, if not accompanied by at least one parent, must have written authorization signed by their parents with attached photocopies of parental documents, pursuant to art. 318 CC.

Guests will sign a tourist rental contract and will have a receipt for the payment of the tourist tax.
