Tenuta Fioravanti is located in the territory of Vieste (Santuario Santa Maria di Merino), in the heart of the Gargano National Park, in one of the most enchanting places in Puglia.

We rent a spacious two-room apartment located in the greenery of a centuries-old olive grove of about two hectares, fenced and surrounded by fruit trees, ideal for those who want to spend a peaceful vacation immersed in nature, enjoying tranquility, sun, and sea.

The estate is 2 km away from the sandy beach of Umbramare, where there are equipped beach resorts and a free beach. The town center is about 7 km away (10 minutes by car), while there is a supermarket and a pharmacy 2 km away.

The apartment, approximately 45 sqm with independent entrance, has a furnished veranda in front with a table and chairs.

It consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom, satellite TV, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and utensils. Additionally, guests have access to a barbecue.

Prices include electricity, water, gas, and private parking inside the estate.

Bed linen and towels are not included.

An excellent base for excursions to Peschici, the Umbra Forest, San Giovanni Rotondo, Monte Sant'Angelo, the Tremiti Islands, and the entire Gargano National Park.
