The apartment is located on the first floor and has 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and dining room. A large balcony overlooking the communal garden. Reserved condominium parking space.

Each guest has access to the kitchen, dining room and living room where they will find: Wi-Fi, oven, kettle, hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, plates, glasses and cutlery that can be used during the stay. The bathroom is equipped with hairdryer, bathrobe, disposable slippers, toothbrush with toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hair-protecting shower cap.

The apartment is located in a newly built building located 500 meters from the Roma Est Shopping Center. It is about 1. 5 km from the Lunghezza train station, reachable in about 10 minutes or by BUS. The neighborhood is well served by shops, restaurants, post offices, banks and bars within the Roma Est Shopping Center.
