The B&B "La Fermata" is located in the thermal village of Colà, in a house built in 2021 entirely with sustainable materials; in fact, the house is powered exclusively by solar panels and is equipped with all comforts such as cooling system in each room, underfloor heating, and an air recycling and purification system. It also has a private parking inside the property. The B&B "La Fermata" is situated in Colà di Lazise on Lake Garda, 700m away from the main entrance of the Thermal Park Villa dei Cedri.

Guests can enjoy a double bedroom with an additional bed if needed and another single room with one more bed, a windowed bathroom with a large shower, and a spacious living room for breakfast and relaxation with a comfortable sofa and TV, all designed for a family or a group of up to 4 people.

The amusement parks of Garda, such as Canevaworld, Gardaland, SeaLife, Movieland, as well as Parco Zoo Natura Viva and Parco Giardino Sigurtà, are just a few kilometers away from Colà. Moreover, the beach of Pacengo is a 5-minute drive away and the center of Lazise can be reached in 6 minutes.

We are very close to the bus stop, with the possibility of visiting the beautiful city of Verona without the hassle of parking.

Prices are per person:
- Adults: 40 euros per person
- Additional bed: 24 euros
- Children from 5 to 14 years old: 20 euros
- Children from 0 to 4 years old: free
- Tourist tax of 50 cents from 14 years old and above per person per night.
