A recently restored historic house on Via Roma in Baunei, which we have decided to transform into a refined charming guesthouse.

The property is spread over 3 levels and has 6 beautifully decorated rooms, each with a private bathroom.

We thought that each room could offer a unique experience, a feeling. Because certain sensations can only be experienced in a specific place and cannot be explained, especially when behind the door there is a story told without words, but through a combination of atmospheres and lived-in materials, there to awaken memories of gestures, games, and affection.

This charm of the past coexists with modern amenities such as air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.

The property also features a large shared kitchen and common room equipped with appliances, a fridge, and dishes, where you can enjoy your breakfast independently, have conversations, or plan your itineraries to explore this beautiful corner of the world.

The courtyard room is dedicated to those seeking tranquility in front of a good book or behind their own computer. Here, we will welcome you among old objects, armchairs, wardrobes, and desks, as well as old vases and plants to evoke the scents of our island.
