The Relax Villa is located in the enchanting region of upper Brianza, in the lake area, at an altitude of 350 meters. Veduggio con Colzano is the last town in the province of Monza Brianza, bordering Lecco and Como. Surrounded by green hills, this villa is strategically located, ideal for both tourists and business travelers. It still retains some valuable furnishings from that time. Just 400 meters away is the Renate train station, from which you can reach Monza and Milan Porta Garibaldi, or Lecco. At 800 meters, there is a convenient dual carriageway (Statale 36), which allows you to quickly reach the following cities: Monza, Milan, Lecco, Como, Bergamo, Varese, Switzerland, and the wonderful lakes.

The official check-in is scheduled from 16:00 to 18:00, but if the weather permits, we can arrange a different time. Please send me a message half an hour before your arrival to let me know the exact time.

Our rooms are quiet, relaxing, and very spacious (20 sqm). They are furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe with shelves and hangers, dimmable lamps, and a socket to recharge your phone. The GIUDY room also has a double sofa bed, perfect for accommodating up to 4 people.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, sink, hairdryer, mirror, toilet paper, and hot water. (Please inquire at the time of booking about the availability of rooms with private bathrooms).

All rooms are equipped with lockable doors, which can be closed from both the inside and the outside.

Just outside the villa, you will find several free parking spaces where you can leave your car.

Check-out is mandatory by 10:00 am. Please respect this time to allow me to clean the room in time for the next guest.
