Hello everyone, my name is Monica and I would you like to tell you about he Holiday House Verde Marche.

The house is located in the quiet countryside of Osimo, a town near Ancona, in the Marche region.

There are many amenities closeby, such as:
- the Conero Riviera with stunning beaches and the picturesque towns of Sirolo and Numana which are only 15 minutes away by car;
- the medieval towns of Recanati, Castelfidardo, Offagna and Loreto with its impressive Basilica which are only a few minutes’ drive;
- a park ideal for jogging, having walks or cycling in the cycle path which is only 15 minutes walking from the house.

Near the house, only a few minutes walking, you can reach a commercial area with several shops, like a supermarket, an organic shop, a pharmacy, a bank with ATM, few cafès, a restaurant, a pizzeria, etc.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people and it develops over two floors.

It is very bright and each room and bedroom has a view on the countryside.

On the ground floor:
- a kitchen and a dining room with: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, tableware, dishware, oven, microwave, fridge, fireplace and table with chairs;
- a very bright, spacious and cozy living room with: tv, table with chairs and a sofa that can be used as a double bed;
- a shared bathroom with shower and washing facilities (drying rack provided).

On the first floor, the sleeping area with:
- one bedroom with a queen size bed;
- one bedroom with a queen size bed and a sofa bed, which can be used as a double bed;
- shared bathroom with bathtub.

We provide bed linen and bathroom towels.

Each bedroom is very bright since it has a balcony with a garden table with chairs, ideal to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape.

All around the house there is a large garden with two sun beds to spend pleasant evenings outdoor.

On the day of the arrival, guests will be presented with a local product as a welcoming gift.

If you arrive by car, a large private parking is also available within the house premises, for up to 4 cars.

If you arrive by public transport, there are several bus routes that connect Osimo with the main city, Ancona, and its train station and international airport
The house is available all year long except from 10th January to 10th February.

Visiting the Marche and its nature, tradition and culture is ideal in every season.
