We keep things simple. This means that in our house and in your rooms you will find everything that is practical, nice and comfortable, but not made by the book. We prefer to keep some of the old elements, knowing that it has its flaws, but it also has a soul and creates a unique atmosphere. If you share our point of view, can appreciate raw materials and handicraft, and you don't mind the lack of curtains in the windows you will feel great with us.

Additionaly - zero waste philosophy. Minimalism. Healthy food. Small indoor gym. Joga classes and personal trainings. Tons of activities we'll try to talk you into doing.

In the evening some wine by the fireplace and tasting of local products.

You can inhabit one of four thematic rooms:
- ocean room: double bed + air conditioner/heater
- moto room: 3 single beds
- mountain room: 3 single beds
- yoga room: 4 single beds + private bathroom outside the room and air conditioner/heater
In all rooms you can find a set of towels and a carafe with fresh water. In the summer season also towels and umbrella for the beach.

In all bathrooms there is a shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer.

First floor:
- rooms: ocean, moto and mountain
- 2 shared bathrooms
Second floor:
- kitchen available only for breakfast + dinner on request.

In July and August, breakfast is served at a nearby café.

Third floor:
- yoga room
- bathroom
- gym
- exit to the terrace and the roof

We are available to welcome our guests personally between 5 and 7 p. m. After this time you will be able to use the key box located right next to the door. In that case detailed instructions will be sent on the day of check-in.

In addition:
* our kitchen is available during breakfast and eventual dinner service only.

* the gym is available at any time as long as there are no workouts in progress
* the roof and the terrace are available at any time, however we kindly ask you to turn down your voice after 10pm
