The "House Salento Central Rooms" Tourist Location is a structure located 25 km from Gallipoli and 25 km from Santa Maria Di Leuca, in the municipality of Ugento (Torre San Giovanni). This municipality is 100 km from Brindisi airport, 60 km from Lecce train station and 5 km from the station of the same municipality.

The idea came from the owner Mariella, after she decided to renovate their seaside home and transform it into a tourist rental.

The house consists of three rooms with double beds (Lu sule, Lu Mare and Lu Jentu). The building is located in the center and the rooms are arranged between the first and second floors, they are also modern with the same style but each has a particularity that characterizes it. Room no. 1 "Lu Sule" is a triple room, it got this name because it sees the sun rise in the morning, with a lovely little balcony; the second is a double room with shared bathroom called "Lu Jentu" because every time the wind blows from the sea in the room you perceive a breeze with considerable scents; the third room called "Lu Mare" with a small balcony and a view of the panorama and the sea. Also equipped with a lovely en-suite bathroom. The room is ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy a wonderful view.

The opening period throughout the year is from March 30th to October 30th. Guests can book their stay every day of the year and can reach the property and check in from 3: 00 pm to 9: 00 pm; the room must be vacated by 9. 30 am on the day of departure.

Guests can enjoy breakfast (with ticket) at the bar which is about 100m away.

Parking is free on the street but there is the possibility of parking about 300m away at a cost of €5. 00 per day (by reservation)
