Fiera Otto guest house is a welcoming and well-maintained establishment with two spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet rooms. One quadruple room with an en-suite bathroom, and one double room with a private bathroom exclusively for the room's use. Both rooms are equipped with autonomous heating, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, bath and bed linen, hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. A fridge and a microwave are available to all guests.

Our guest house is strategically located, being only 700m from the Fiera District, 500m from the Unipol Auditorium, and 800m from the Teatro Europa Auditorium, making it ideal for those coming to Bologna for business, pleasure, and well-being. The Sant'Orsola Hospital is reachable in a few stops with BUS 60, and the Maggiore Hospital with line 39.

Near our guest house, guests can visit Fico, the historic center of Bologna, the university area, and the famous Porticos, where they will find monuments and places of interest to satisfy their desire for knowledge. The Parco Nord is 2.2 km away and can be reached in a few minutes with line 25.

It is also ideal for parents visiting their children studying at the University of Bologna, as the Campus Bologna Alma Mater is 500m from our guest house, and Beyoo Laude Living - Student Accommodation is 550m away. There are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, and six supermarkets in the surrounding area.

Fiera Otto is 5 minutes from exit 7 Bis of the Bologna ring road and has free parking upon reservation and availability. Free parking is also available nearby from 6:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Smoking is not allowed throughout the establishment, and parties are not allowed, nor are guests allowed in the rooms. There are two payment methods: payment of 30% of the entire stay through a bank transfer and the rest to be paid in cash at check-in, or payment of the entire stay in cash at check-in. After payment, we will hand over the keys to guests so they can return at any time of the night.

It is important to respect the privacy of others and not make noise. I am a working woman, so I kindly ask my guests to communicate their arrival time in advance.
