Bus stops for the main routes to the city centre and the west of the city are also close by and the metro is 500 metres away. The university campus of Via Balbi is within walking distance.

The facility is on the 4th floor of an elegant early 20th century building with lift access. The single room is air conditioned and fully furnished and right next to a private bathroom for the guest’s exclusive use. Wi-Fi and smart TV are included with free access to the main platforms; towels and bed linen, toiletries and a hairdryer are all provided. The room also contains tea, herbal tea and instant coffee amenities. Guests can use other household appliances, and we also have tourist information available for consultation.

We provide an Italian-style breakfast at times to be agreed and based on the guest’s dietary requirements.
