We believe that visiting a city means experiencing the emotions and lifestyle of its daily inhabitants.

Return home by strolling under the characteristic arcades of Bologna (a UNESCO heritage site) and enjoy a dinner in local restaurants frequented by locals.

We are a Bolognese family for generations and we have created this space to make you feel at home, to relax in a peaceful environment after visiting the wonders of Bologna, which is only 7 minutes away from Piazza Maggiore.

The apartment is a 30 square meter studio located on the ground floor for easy arrival with luggage. The building is a quiet and peaceful residence inhabited by Bolognese families.

The country-style furnishings, wooden floors, a beautiful exposed stone wall, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and everything you may desire will be at your disposal to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The apartment is only 7 minutes away from Piazza Maggiore and 8 minutes from the train station, which in turn is connected to the airport in 10 minutes via the Marconi Express.

Next to the apartment entrance, there is a small restaurant with typical Bolognese specialties, while just a 5-minute walk away, you will find other bars and restaurants.

Paid parking is available nearby, and you can reach the apartment in just a 10-minute walk, forgetting about driving until departure thanks to its proximity to the main attractions.

The university area can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
