Via Victor Hugò, 3 - MILANO (MI)
Our welcoming Attic Penthouses were part of the roof of one of the buildings witnessing the growth and commercial, social and urban development of the city while maintaining the charm of the ancient Italian residences.

Among the immense and varied artistic heritage of Italy, roofs are no exception: each region is distinguished by the difference in style and construction materials.

Historically this variety of roofs, which characterize the Italian landscape, coincided with the possibility of obtaining materials from the place and it is thus that in the flat and mountainous areas of the Po valley, an area crossed by numerous streams, we find clay as the predominant material, our attics once made of clay tiles which testify from their windows the tradition still preserved in some of the surrounding buildings.
