The apartment, with reserved parking space, is located on the first floor with lift of a building overlooking the main square of Punta Marina and convenient for reaching all the main services. A well-kept area a few steps from the pine forest that separates it from the beach.

It is furnished with elegant pastel shades, from dove gray to blue which create a very warm and relaxing atmosphere.

It can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of a living room with sofa bed, area with table and chairs and kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a huge terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, crockery and all accessories and is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, WIFI internet, coffee machine, digital TV, oven and microwave oven, while inside the bathroom there is the hairdryer and the washing machine with iron and ironing board. The bedrooms have large wardrobes and are equipped with bed linen, towel sets and bathroom accessories. The very spacious terrace is ideal for relaxing or for "outdoor" lunches and aperitifs thanks to the happy exposure to the sun.
