Masseria Santanna is a unique experience in an authentic and ancient stone dwelling located on the route of transhumance, and still retains the original features where echoes of the past meet the comforts of the present.

The three rooms designated for our guests are located on the first floor and are accessed via an original 19th-century staircase in typical Puglian chianca, a precious white and shiny limestone, which also paves the floors of the rooms themselves.

They are simple, antique-style environments, with essential furnishings, all equipped with a private bathroom.

Our guests can use the outdoor space, a large garden immersed in the rich greenery of typical courtyards, relaxation areas, and an outdoor swimming pool built-in stone and surrounded by dry stone walls, which make the space very private, warm and with a breathtaking view.

We provide our guests with a large breakfast room obtained from the ancient stable where they can cook their meals, and it is also possible to use the outdoor barbecue to grill meat, fish, and vegetables.

Masseria Santanna has an enviable position to discover our territory, a few kilometers from the coast of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, from Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Cisternino, Ostuni, Locorotondo, and Martina Franca, while a day trip allows you to comfortably visit the Sassi of Matera or the Baroque city of Lecce.

During your explorations, we recommend tasting our typical products: focaccia, panzerotti, taralli, mozzarella and burrata, friselle, bombette, and fish, or the typical and inevitable orecchiette.
