SottoPonteVecchio, the Studio Apartment (24 sqm) is located on the 3rd floor with elevator (there are 7-10 steps before the elevator) and overlooks Via Guicciardini, a connecting artery between Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Pitti.

You will be less than a minute's walk from Ponte Vecchio, immersed in the historic center of the city, just a few minutes away from Florence's major artistic expressions. You can easily move around on foot without the need for public or private transportation. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is called Oltrarno, one of the liveliest and most cheerful neighborhoods in Florence.

Comfortable and well-equipped, the studio includes a double bed, a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. A kitchenette with a microwave, induction hob for two pots, and a fridge. Free WiFi and hot-cold air conditioning available. Renewed, perfect for 1 or 2 people.

The apartment is also equipped with a numeric keypad and a Keybox for self-check-in access (to be arranged with the Host). On the street where the apartment is located (Via dei Barbadori) there are some shops, including a fruit and vegetable shop, 2 laundries, a post office, and a well-stocked supermarket less than 100 meters away, and a bank with an ATM in front!
SottoPonteVecchio is located in the historic center, in the ZTL, where transit and parking are not allowed. However, guests with cars can comfortably use the nearby paid garages, one of which is located downstairs, or 50 meters away in Borgo San Jacopo, or 150 meters away in Via dei Bardi. It is recommended to book parking in these garages before arrival, especially during high season.

Minors under the age of 18 can access the studio if accompanied by an adult, a parent, or a legal guardian.
