The Bed and Breakfast "La Residenza" is located on the first floor of an old building from the late 1600s, in one of the most characteristic alleys of the historic city center.

The Bed and Breakfast is just a stone's throw away from all the most important offices and monuments of the city. It overlooks Corso Mazzini which is the main street where many shops, restaurants and bars can be found. In addition, it is very close to the Comunale Theater and the Politeama Theater.
