We offer our guests one or two-bedroom apartments, either standard or deluxe, all well-furnished and equipped with a TV, bathroom with shower or whirlpool bath, and washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with appliances and tableware, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.

Our establishment is located 80 meters from the beach of Marina di Gioiosa Ionica, a town that has been awarded the "blue flag" six times for the quality of its sea and its very long gravel beach.

The house, a modern building with cutting-edge architecture, overlooks Piazza dei Mille. Just a few meters away from us, you will find bars, rotisseries, restaurants, supermarkets, and 100 meters away, the train station and bus terminal. The beach and all the main services are easily reachable on foot.
