The recently renovated villa directly overlooks the characteristic beach of white pebbles, which guests can access, and is surrounded by a very large garden. Located in the "Lama Paterna" area, the area is of considerable interest because it represents one of the most relevant areas from a landscape point of view in the north of the Terra di Bari, characterized by frequent ravines, of which it represents one of the most intact and imposing examples, also due to its natural width.

A coastal tower dating back to the late 16th century dominates the entire surrounding panorama and enhances the environmental relevance of the location. A natural stone bridge, the "Ponte Lama," built starting from 1800 to overcome the difference in height, dominates the same Lama. These towers constituted the defensive, observation, and communication system along the coastal strip of the Kingdom of Naples.
