Welcome to our world! Marina Holiday Homes in Porto Rotondo is a top-notch pet-friendly facility, certified as one of the best in Italy! Take a look at our brochure and contact us for all the details! Our Vacation Home (a guesthouse where we also reside as owners) consists of only 10 apartments, so availability is very limited. The minimum stay is one week, as we do not rent on a daily basis, and we do not offer on-site catering services. However, we prioritize stays of 10 nights or more.

Porto Rotondo: Located in a quiet yet central area, our facility is immersed in a large 5000 square meter park surrounding the complex. It is strategically positioned, only 400 meters from the center of Porto Rotondo and just over 500 meters from the sea (IRA beach, which also allows access to our four-legged friends in private concessions), making it the closest beach to the residence and easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. Furthermore, from June to September, the Porto Rotondo Consortium offers a FREE shuttle service to and from the most beautiful beaches in Porto Rotondo. The shuttle operates from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, covering the entire Porto Rotondo area, and there is a stop right in front of our facility!
The facility consists of only 10 apartments (our guesthouse, where we owners reside throughout the season), including 3 studios, 3 one-bedroom apartments, and 3 two-bedroom apartments, spread over 2 levels. All our apartments have recently been renovated and feature:
- Air conditioning and ceramic glass electric hobs (no gas cylinders in the apartment)
- LCD TV
- Extra comfortable orthopedic mattresses (no springs)
- Spacious patio or equipped outdoor veranda with additional table, chairs, and sun loungers
- Private parking with automatic gate and remote control
- Laundry room with washing machines
- Free external Wi-Fi with fiber, available in outdoor areas
DISTINCTIVE FEATURES OF OUR EXCELLENT PET-FRIENDLY FACILITY IN ITALY:
- We are located in a very quiet and private residential area
- We have a private park of 5000 square meters surrounding the complex, fully accessible and equipped with king-size sun loungers and a relaxation area with outdoor showers for both humans and four-legged friends
- DOG WASH AREA: an outdoor space where you can wash your furry friends after returning from the beach
- Upon request and FREE of charge, you will find extra comfortable sleeping mats and bowls for your four-legged friends in our apartments
- LARGE EXTERNAL ENCLOSURE FOR FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS! We have decided to install a large external enclosure (3x2 meters) in our spacious park, always shaded and completely secure with a lock. This allows you to leave your four-legged friends in a safe place for a few hours a day in case of emergencies or when necessary. (Please note that the use of the external enclosure must be requested at the time of booking, as it is an exclusive service and we only have one)
- LARGE FENCED PLAY AREA WITHIN OUR PARK: In our facility, you will find a large fenced area of ​​approximately 300 square meters, with a height of 2 meters, where your four-legged friends can run and play freely in total safety.

- We accept SMALL, MEDIUM, and LARGE-sized pets, as long as they are socialized and accustomed to the domestic environment, at no additional cost. We also accept more than one animal per apartment (subject to communication and availability of suitable apartments to accommodate them).

Prices range from a minimum of a studio for 2 people per week to a maximum of a two-bedroom apartment for 5 people per week. Discounts are available for stays of 2 weeks or more and based on the number of people occupying the apartments (only for the two-bedroom apartment for 4 people and the two-bedroom apartment for 5 people).

JULY: studio €1000 / two-bedroom apartment €2000
AUGUST: studio €1300 / two-bedroom apartment €2400
SEPTEMBER: studio €900 / two-bedroom apartment €1400
The prices include all services and expenses:
- City tax
- Private parking
- Final cleaning
- All services for our four-legged friends are included, and we do not require any additional cost (no daily fee and no extra cleaning)
The only service not included and available for an additional fee is bed linen and towels, which can be requested at the time of booking.
