Our B&B is located in a quiet location from which you can enjoy a panoramic view, in the heart of the city. "B&Bmagichouse" is an elegant and unique residence in the originality of its magical style.

Guests staying with us will be able to immerse themselves in the colors and lights of the shopping streets, reaching the city center in just a few minutes.

Structure characteristics
Our structure consists of two bedrooms, two external toilets but adjacent to the rooms, a breakfast room and a large terrace. The rooms are equipped with personal hygiene kits and related towels, slippers, bathrobes, air conditioning, free wifi, heated rooms, plus the possibility of returning at any time of day or night, independent entrance to the structure.

Our rooms
Our rooms "Hocus Pocus" and "Sim Bala Bim Bam" are air-conditioned and equipped with TV, desk, wardrobe, phone, internet access, mirror, suitcase rack, balcony and terrace. (The Hocus Pocus can accommodate - single guest - two guests in single beds - couple in double bed.)

Available to provide further information and clarifications, we offer you the simple and practical guidelines of our Internal Regulations, the respect and acceptance of which on your part will allow us to guarantee you the high quality of a holiday period to be spent in a pleasant, satisfying, comfortable.

1. The prices indicated for the stay include use of the room furnished with a double bed in one and two separate beds in the other, air conditioning in both, wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside tables, table lamps, mirrors, electrical outlets and USB, TV. Each room has a toilet, outside but adjacent to the room. The bathroom combined with the double bedroom has a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, a bidet, a mirror, a phone and various accessories, supply of towels included.

2. To receive any kind of information about our structure, send a WhatsApp message to +39 393 0501968. We will take care to reply quickly to provide all the details on the arrangements for your stay and/or to confirm your reservation after checking the availability of the rooms available for the indicated period.

3. Upon check-in it is mandatory to provide a valid identity document: passport, identity card or driving license. Otherwise, the registration will not be possible. It is our care to always guarantee the processing of personal data according to the regulations governing the Privacy Law.

4. After completing the notification form requested by the Police Headquarters with your personal details and having paid the balance of the cost of the stay, we will provide you with the keys to the entrance door of the B&B and to the room that has been reserved for you.

5. The check-in time is established in the range from 14. 00 to 21. 00 on the day of arrival and can be defined with greater precision upon your kind communication regarding the expected arrival in the structure or that relating to any delays.

6. The check-out time is strictly fixed for 10. 00 on the day of departure, in order to guarantee the next arriving customer the use of clean and tidy accommodation. In case of late delivery of the room, you will be required to pay the cost of one night in addition to the balance already paid.

7. It is advisable not to leave any valuable objects or effects unattended in the bedrooms, the bathroom or any other common area of our structure. The rooms are not equipped with a safe or safety deposit box, so it will be your concern to always close the door and windows before going out.

8. The B&B is not responsible in the event that any situation of loss, damage and/or theft of objects left unattended should occur and does not assume any type of responsibility for any damage to persons or things that may be caused by third parties or which are caused to third parties. Any damage to the B&B structure or its furnishing elements with ascertained responsibility on the part of the guests must be immediately communicated and compensated.

9. To comply with the rules of hygiene, safety and to respond to any health problems of other residents, pets are not allowed in our B&B, it is forbidden to use stoves for cooking food in the rooms and all our kind guests are kindly requested not to smoke in the areas of the structure and in the rooms.

10. Cleaning of the bedroom and bathroom every three days is included and guaranteed in the price of the stay, with change of linen. It is the care and responsibility of the guests to manage the use of the toilets correctly, avoiding using the toilet improperly instead of the special bins that are conveniently provided in each bathroom. If there is a need to carry out an extraordinary cleaning of the rooms or an extraordinary change of linen, the customer will be charged a surplus on the agreed price.

11. To facilitate the work of our staff and allow you to stay in a clean and pleasant environment, we kindly ask you to vacate your room every morning no later than 10. 00, arranging your personal belongings in an orderly manner to help carry out the cleaning carefully and depositing the towels that need to be changed in the appropriate bin in the bathroom.

12. The breakfast time, to be consumed in "The Sesamo common room", is set from 7. 30 to 9. 30.

13. It is not allowed to bring any type of food into the room and we recommend that you turn off any lights that are on and the air conditioning every time you leave.

14. In the event of problems not due to our responsibility in the provision of services such as Internet connection, telephone connection, water, gas, electricity, we are not liable for the damage caused.

15. Our B&B invites its kind guests to follow the rules of the Regulation stipulated according to the indications of the Municipal Police to guarantee everyone a peaceful stay. For this purpose, the time slots from 14. 00 to 16. 00 and from 22. 00 to 8. 00 are indicated as those dedicated to the hours of silence.

16. The time of exit and entry from our structure is completely free and guaranteed in full autonomy by the delivery of the key to open the entrance door. It will be your care not to disturb or disturb the relaxation of the other residents, also taking into account the fact that it is not allowed to receive visits from outside or to increase the number of guests accommodated in the room.

17. The key to your room and the door key must be returned on the day of departure. If they are lost, you will be charged for their replacement upon check-out.
