During summer holidays, an independent apartment on the first floor is available for rent in Taviano (LE) in the lower Salento area. Taviano is located 9 km south of Gallipoli and 30 km from S. Maria di Leuca. The entire air-conditioned house is situated in a central area and consists of a double bedroom with a small balcony, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, a kitchen and a large living room with an adjacent pergola terrace for outdoor dining. It is 5 km away from the Ionian sea and the main beaches of Gallipoli (lido Pizzo, baia verde, punta della Suina etc.), which can be reached in a few minutes, or you can choose other beautiful beaches in the area such as the "Maldive del Salento", Posto vecchio, Pescoluse and others. The minimum stay is one week and the cost includes water, electricity, gas and final cleaning. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 9:30 am. Bath towels and bed linen are provided by Casa Maris. Please specify the number of guests. Free parking is available on the street outside the house. No pets are allowed.
