Our apartments are located on a hill, surrounded by the wonderful natural oasis of the Borsacchio Reserve, immersed in nature, just over 1 km from the beautiful sea of Roseto degli Abruzzi. An ideal place to relax away from traffic, chaos, and city pollution, while still being five minutes from the sea.

We have different types of apartments:

- Apartment A, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, a dining room, kitchen, and bathroom;
- Apartment B, consisting of 1 double bedroom, a dining room, and bathroom;
- Apartment C, consisting of 1 double bedroom, a dining room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Check-in time: 5:00 pm
Check-out time: by 10:00 am

NOTES ON RATES:
They include water, electricity, and gas expenses;
Provision of linen for the bedroom and bathroom;
1 parking space within the enclosure surrounding the entire residence.
