Historic mechanic garage built in the early 1960s. Renovated following modern building techniques in order to preserve the initial envelope behind the careful supervision of the works of the architect Rosa Maria Trentadue.

The interiors, all equipped with modern comforts, have been created preserving the industrial style, which is the result from the union of the architect Giuseppe Fusco and Andrea Chechi of the 'Officine del Ferrò in Pienza.
