The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is located in a central area on Largo Cristoforo Colombo, on the 1st floor of a complex where the owners also live and are always very helpful.

It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed, one double bedroom, one bathroom with a shower, and an outdoor veranda equipped with tables and chairs.

The beach "La Cinta," the town center, shops such as typical shopping centers, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, banks, tobacco shops, post office, coin-operated laundry, nightclubs, and a tourist medical center can all be reached on foot in a few minutes, making a car not necessary.

A beach bus is available just a few meters away from the apartment.

The airport and port are 30 km away.

Available amenities include a washing machine, TV, water reserve, and Wi-Fi.

Upon request and for an additional fee, air conditioning, barbecue, bicycles, bed linen, towels, hairdryer, high chair, crib, and periodic cleaning services are available.

Pets are not allowed.

An internal regulation regarding check-in, stay, check-out, and rules must be requested and accepted before proceeding with the booking. Center and beach are within walking distance. It is preferred to rent from Saturday to Saturday or within that timeframe.
