The three-room apartment accommodates 4 to 6 people and is located in a central area on the first floor of a complex where the owners also live. They are always available to help if needed.

The apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds (that can be combined), one bathroom with a shower, and an outdoor veranda equipped with tables and chairs.

The beach "La Cinta," the city center, and shops such as typical shopping centers, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, banks, tobacco shops, post offices, coin-operated laundries, nightclubs, and tourist medical services can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Therefore, a car is not necessary.

A beach bus is available a few meters away from the apartment.

The airport and the port are 30 km away. The apartment offers a washing machine, TV, water reserve, and Wi-Fi.

Upon request, air conditioning, barbecue, bicycles, bed sheets, towels, hairdryers, high chairs, cribs, and strollers for children aged 0-3 years old, and periodic cleaning services are available for a fee.

Pets are not allowed.

Please request and accept the internal regulations concerning check-in, stay, check-out, and rules before proceeding with the reservation. The city center and the beach are within walking distance. It is preferable to rent the apartment from Saturday to Saturday or within that time frame.
