Via Lavandaio, 27 - CAIAZZO (CE)
The Piracante is a place nestled in the countryside, among centuries-old olive trees and hay fields.

It is a former abandoned farm transformed into a vintage-style home, where every detail is carefully chosen, maintaining the comfort and simplicity of a typical Southern Italian country home.

The property covers an area of about one hectare, just 3 km from the historic center of Caiazzo and 20 minutes from many places of interest.

We are an eco-friendly structure, having eliminated non-renewable energy sources. We produce electricity with a photovoltaic system, heat the house with a biomass system, and irrigate the land with water recovered in large ancient underground tanks.

We use the latest technology wisely, so that it is truly supportive of life and non-invasive.

We offer free Wi-Fi for guests, air-conditioned rooms, and other small amenities.

The rooms are furnished with the intention of offering a welcoming and comfortable environment, with attention and passion for handmade details.

We offer exclusive hospitality, with only two rooms (one to be opened soon).

Our preferred target is couples looking for a place to relax, to taste the genuine flavors of the territory. A quiet place, on the ground floor of the ancient tufo farmhouse.

We live with two dogs and two cats, who will be happy to keep you company in the garden.

We are not a suitable structure for families with children and due to the animals we have, we do not accept guests with pets, even with regret.

The stay includes breakfast with local products, which we carefully choose from local companies to offer you a pleasant and tasty awakening.

Given our hilly location, just 3 km from the historic center of Caiazzo, it is possible to take pleasant walks.

We offer our guests all the support to organize visits to local companies, participate in events, plan food and wine itineraries, choose locations and places of interest, and offer our guests a series of experiences to make their stay more interesting.
