The structure consists of four rooms available in a building dating back to 1800, made of local stone, with attached farmhouses and a courtyard that surrounds it. It is located in the center of a village which is a fraction of Varzi and which is called Santa Cristina, at an altitude of 800m.
All around meadows and woods, numerous springs and paths that lead to the Ligurian Sea.
