Joe's house is located in Pesaro, 6 km away from the historic center and the beach.

The bus stop and bike path are 400 meters away.

Joe's house offers 1 double bedroom with a private bathroom and/or 1 single bedroom with a private bathroom. TV and WIFI are available. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

There is a shared kitchen/living room available for the 2 rooms, exclusively for guests staying for a minimum of 3 nights. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and a different set of dishes for each room. A welcome kitchen kit is provided for initial needs.

The room is equipped with linens and changed weekly. The bathroom has towels and is changed weekly, with a shower set and hairdryer. A cleaning kit for the house is provided. A washing machine is available upon request.

There is a small outdoor area on the ground floor for eating and relaxing.

There is ample parking in front of the house. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked in front of or inside the gate.

Supermarkets, pizzerias, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. are about 400 meters away from the house.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking area is available on the covered terrace in the kitchen and in the small outdoor area on the ground floor.

Parties and pets are not allowed.

Cleaning and sanitization are done at the end of each stay.
